Shipping & Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. All orders are shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery times vary based on location:

• Domestic Shipping: 5 to 6 business days

• International Shipping: 7 to 10 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs, or other external factors.

IMPORTANT: Any package returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer will not be reshipped unless the customer pays for the new shipping cost.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item received is damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered by the carrier. To report a damaged item, please email us at aztrals.pr@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item

• A description of the issue

We reserve the right to deny any claim submitted after the 48-hour window.
